Start with a story rather than a list of video models. Show the customer situation, product action, verifiable result and next step. The same storyboard can guide a carousel, presentation or short video. Prepare a brief here; video production needs a separate check of tools, rights and cost.
Three steps to a useful result
1. Choose one situation
For example, a colleague needs the enquiry-handling procedure. Show a real problem without exaggerating.
2. Connect each frame to evidence
Use a permitted screenshot for an interface. Label an original illustration as a concept. Third-party gallery examples are not your portfolio.
3. Create RU and EN versions
Keep the artwork text-free. Store headings, subtitles and calls to action in separate language layers. Check line length on a phone.

Practice storyboard, 4 × 5 seconds: 1. Problem: “Where is the procedure?” — a work folder. 2. Action: a selected document becomes a draft checklist. 3. Review: the manager clarifies an uncertain step. 4. Next step: “Try it on one routine.” This is a script, not a completed video.
Review before using
- Every frame has a purpose, caption and source.
- Russian and English captions are separate.
- Music, faces and images have appropriate usage permission.
How to measure value
Compare accepted frames and revision rounds. Viewing metrics require actual publication and collected analytics.
