FinEdg: from a research question to a checked result

Mechanisms, evidence and a useful next step.

Separate research agents from execution

Proposed pilot: build a checked research report from public or recorded market data. Agents can organise evidence, build parsers and challenge hypotheses. Their model-call latency is not a private order acknowledgement or an HFT execution benchmark. This workflow has no trading key or order route.

A useful research chain

Question → fixed recorded input → deterministic calculation → critic review → acceptance record → human-readable report. Keep receive-time skew, usable depth, units, fee quotes and unknown funding separate. A positive paper outcome is not realised profit and never enables live orders.

Choose a component for a specific role

Codex can help implement Rust/Go/Python tools; LangGraph can inform durable research state; CrewAI can inform researcher/checker roles; SDK evals can test source-grounded answers; n8n can prototype reports; OpenClaw/Hermes can inform an operator channel. TVIJO can integrate these patterns with evidence and domain acceptance. These proposed combinations require validation.

Measure the appropriate path

For language/latency comparisons, use the same recorded feed, hardware conditions, input/output checks and units. Report sample count, warmup, median and tail latency separately from model time. For agent work, measure cost and time to accepted research output, rework and operator interventions. No language or swarm wins by its name.
