The local evidence collector reads bounded files, marks missing, stale, malformed and future-dated receipts, and deduplicates operator notifications. Source hashes and dates accompany its view. This implementation is covered by local tests; the public-opportunity discovery extension remains a roadmap item.

For the operator, the desired output is a concise digest: accepted work, blocked tasks, budget exceptions and the next useful action. Opportunities such as tenders, hackathons and freelance challenges need deadlines, eligibility, original links and verification dates. No active opportunity catalog or automated submissions are claimed here.
Practical checklist
Use the existing project receipts first; add trusted public discovery sources only with explicit coverage and request limits. Separate discovery from verification, publication and any external action. Reuse the private retrieval index for context without exposing internal chats.
