Brains: make the system understandable
An interactive map should explain a workflow before it claims to monitor one.
What the visitor sees
Use nodes for sources, tasks, workers, checks and results. Let the visitor select a node and understand its role. Mark decorative movement explicitly; do not invent live agent activity, revenue or completion percentages.
Production needs another contract
A live map needs a versioned public snapshot, age and stale thresholds, privacy filtering and readable fallback. The earlier 3D swarm work remained a draft after blocking checks; this wiki illustration does not claim that draft is deployed.
