These Terms govern participation in the Tvijo referral partner program (the "Program"). By joining the Program you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Program is open to Tvijo customers and approved partners. Enrollment is opt-in and requires explicit acceptance of these Terms. Tvijo may accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Each partner receives a unique referral link. A referred customer is attributed to a partner via a first-party cookie valid for 90 days, on a last-non-direct-click basis, or via an explicit referral code entered at checkout (which takes precedence over the cookie). Attribution is fixed permanently at the referred customer's registration or first payment, whichever occurs first, and cannot be transferred or re-assigned.
Commissions accrue only on qualified purchases — paid orders by referred customers that have passed the 30-day holdback period described in Section 5. Commission rates depend on the partner's tier as published on the Program page and are calculated on the net order amount (after discounts, excluding taxes and transaction fees). Tvijo may change tier rates prospectively; accrued commissions retain the rate in effect at accrual time.
Tvijo may grant non-monetary platform credits for referral activity (such as unique link clicks or referred sign-ups), subject to daily caps. Credits are not money, are not a token or other financial instrument, have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for currency, expire 12 months after being granted, and are void upon termination of the partner's participation. Credits may be redeemed only for the platform services listed in the redemption catalog.
Each commission is held for 30 days from the order payment date. If the underlying order is refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed; if already paid out, the amount is deducted from the next payout. Payouts are made in USDT to the address and network specified by the partner, upon the partner's request, subject to a minimum balance of $50 and Tvijo's approval. Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle (NET-30). The partner is solely responsible for the accuracy of the payout address and for all taxes applicable to amounts received.
The following are prohibited and result in reversal of related commissions and may result in suspension or termination: self-referral in any form; misleading, unsolicited or spam promotion; bidding on Tvijo trademarks in paid search; cookie stuffing, click automation or other artificial traffic; referral of persons in sanctioned jurisdictions; any activity violating applicable law.
Tvijo may withhold or decline any payout pending investigation of suspected fraud or abuse, and may terminate participation and void unpaid commissions and credits where fraud is established.
Partners receive only aggregated statistics and masked identifiers about referred customers. Partners must not attempt to identify referred customers or collect their personal data through the Program.
Tvijo may amend these Terms or discontinue the Program at any time with notice on this page. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Upon Program termination, matured commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out; credits expire.
